Adam Williams brings over 20 years of senior living and healthcare experience to his role with Incite. As Program Manager for the Workforce Solutions team, Adam heads up our partnership with SnapCare, bringing workforce savings and solutions to our members.
Adam’s background in Senior Living, Long Term Care, Acute/Hospital, Geriatric Care, Rehab, Mental Health, and Home Health as well as Leadership, Recruitment, GPO, MSP and Business Development positions him as an industry leader who’s been recognized by Forbes for his success and capabilities.
Having launched and developed technology that helped healthcare facilities better utilize staffing shortages/vacancies, Adam is excited to grow the Incite Workforce Solutions program to continue supporting and improving the industry for our members and the seniors they serve.
Proud father of 3 amazing kids, Adam resides in Little Elm, Texas just outside of Dallas. In his spare time, you can find him volunteering at U&I Achieve Center for Adults with Disabilities, working out, and enjoying music and movies from the 80’s.
