A J is an established financial leader in the long-term care industry, focused on empowering operations to achieve the highest levels of service and performance in a cost-effective way. A J is excited to bring this experience and philosophy to LTC providers through Incite’s portfolio of best-in-class products and services.
Prior to co-founding Incite, A J was the Chief Financial Officer at a large regional long-term care pharmacy chain. In A J’s tenure as the CFO, he oversaw multiple business combinations and ventures, growing the business to serve over 35,000 licensed beds. A J has also served as the Director of Finance for an operator of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, overseeing the ongoing asset management of the twenty-six-community portfolio.
A J started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), working to provide assurance and advisory services to publicly traded and privately held businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon.
