Steve Fogg is a senior healthcare executive with more than 40 years of experience in long-term care, senior living, finance, and healthcare operations. He has served as Chief Financial Officer for Marquis Companies, Consonus Healthcare, and AgeRight since 2001, providing strategic financial leadership and guiding relationships with lenders, suppliers, insurers, and regulators.
Steve brings extensive expertise in healthcare finance, reimbursement, population health, and risk management. His experience with Medicare Advantage was instrumental in the development of Marquis’ AgeRight Advantage Health Plan, where he currently serves as Board Chair. He is also actively involved in advancing the long-term care profession at both the state and national levels, including through leadership with the Oregon Health Care Association and the American Health Care Association.
Steve began his career in long-term care as a bookkeeper and later served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Prestige Care. He earned degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with a finance emphasis from Portland State University.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys driving race cars, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two grandchildren.
