Shelly Sievert-Haizel

With more than 20 years of experience serving the senior care industry, Shelly Sievert-Haizel joins Incite as Business Development Manager for the Northeast, Wisconsin, and Minnesota regions. Throughout her career, she has partnered with operators across capital planning, workforce solutions, and healthcare technology to help solve operational challenges and support better outcomes for residents, families, and staff. A licensed assisted living administrator and facilitator for the HR course within the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association Administrator Program, Shelly is passionate about advocacy and supporting providers as they navigate an increasingly complex care environment. Known for her consultative and relationship-driven approach, she is committed to helping organizations strengthen operations while never losing sight of the people they serve.

Based in Wisconsin, Shelly lives with her husband, Nick, and their golden retriever, Scout. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, mixing craft cocktails and spending time with family and friends.
