Paula leads Incite’s Business Partner Development initiatives, bringing over thirty-five years of experience in Senior Living Group Purchasing to the organization. As one of Incite’s co-founders and a member of Incite’s leadership team, Paula’s unique and extensive background in this space brings focus to the programs and brands that help Incite members succeed and drive resident satisfaction.
Since 1986 Paula has been instrumental in business development and operations of various Senior Living GPO’s, leading teams, driving membership growth, member engagement, and member satisfaction. Paula brings that same passion to her more recent Business Partner Development focus.
Paula values strong, long-term relationships and has a deep appreciation for the incredible partnerships the Senior Living industry has provided her with business partners and senior living providers alike.
Paula is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, MA, a wife and mother of three adult children.
