The senior living industry is built through collaboration and connection. When leaders, providers, and partners come together, innovation takes shape.
Collaboration and connection were strong at the recent West Virginia Health Care Association (WVHCA) 2026 Spring Conference. WVHCA partnered with Incite Strategic Partners to host their conference. Inspired by the success of Incite’s Thrive event in Las Vegas, WVHCA recognized an opportunity to create a similar, relationship-driven experience for its members. Together, WVHCA and Incite designed a conference focused on intentional engagement, curated partnerships, and meaningful connection.
With more than 100 attendees and a strong presence from the Incite team, the event brought together providers and business partners to foster collaboration and spark new ideas.
A Conference Designed for Meaningful Engagement
While welcoming a large audience, the event featured a curated group of Incite’s business partners. This intentional structure allowed attendees to spend more time participating in focused educational sessions, engaging in thoughtful conversations, and exploring solutions relevant to their organizations without the distractions of crowded exhibit halls.
With several members of the Incite team onsite, attendees also had the opportunity to build relationships directly and learn more about Incite’s approach to group purchasing. By balancing scale with intentionality, WVHCA and Incite created an environment that prioritized quality interactions and long-term partnerships.
“After attending the Incite Thrive event in Las Vegas, I knew we had to model an event similar back home in West Virginia. Connecting Incite to our members through Education sessions with vendors was a perfect addition to our conference programming,” – Marty Wright, Chief Executive Officer, West Virginia Health Care Association.

Bringing Connection Beyond the Conference Floor
In addition to structured conversations and networking opportunities, the event also featured a Night at the Races networking experience.
This interactive element created a relaxed setting for attendees and partners to connect, strengthen relationships, and encourage continued collaboration beyond the conference. Experiences like these help build trust and foster partnerships that extend well beyond the event itself.
A Model for the Future of Industry Collaboration
As the senior living landscape continues to evolve, so does the need for innovative approaches to collaboration. Building on the success of Incite’s Thrive event, this partnership with WVHCA represents another step in Incite’s commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for members and business partners to connect.
The event brought together more than 100 attendees, a curated group of business partners, and a strong Incite team presence, creating a highly collaborative environment that fostered meaningful connections.
“Incite and the West Virginia Health Care Association have had a great relationship for several years now. Getting them involved in our event programming and connecting them directly to our membership was a great next step in strengthening the partnership,” – Marty Wright, CEO, West Virginia Health Care Association.

Looking Ahead: Lasting Impact for Providers and Partners
By the conclusion of the conference, attendees gained valuable insights, strengthened connections, and experienced a new approach to industry collaboration. For WVHCA, the event supported member engagement, introduced valuable resources, and strengthened relationships across the association. For Incite Strategic Partners, the conference reinforced its role as an innovator in the senior living space, bringing together state associations and business partners in ways that are collaborative, educational, and sustainable.
Moving forward, both WVHCA and Incite plan to continue building on this momentum. Events like this highlight the impact of intentional collaboration and the role it plays in shaping the future of senior living.
