Kristen Hampton

Kristen Hampton comes to us with more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare food service and contract management. Her career spans roles such as Director of Nutrition, General Manager, District Manager, and Regional Manager within a large healthcare network in Pittsburgh. Most recently, she led a project management team as Project Director, focusing on operational efficiency, safety, client retention, and financial performance. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Services from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a dietetic internship from Marywood University, and an MBA from Carlow University. She lives in Saint Johns, Florida with her husband Steve, their sons Conor and Owen, and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys beach outings, supporting her children’s sports activities, and promoting health and wellness.
