Bill began his career with Gordon Food Service immediately after college as a sales representative. Over the years, he advanced through various roles, including Regional Chain Account Manager, District Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Marketing. Notably, Bill played a pivotal role in establishing Gordon Food Service in the Western Pennsylvania market, leading a team that grew the customer base to the point where a new distribution center was needed in Pittsburgh in 2015.
Throughout his career, Bill has demonstrated exceptional leadership, fostering strong customer relationships through business reviews, strategic marketing plans, and a genuine commitment to customer success. His experience and servant leadership style will undoubtedly be invaluable to Incite’s members.
Bill and his wife Paula, live in Pittsburgh. In their spare time, they love cooking at home, gardening, and playing with Eli, their Australian Shepherd.
