Ethan Davidsohn comes to Incite with over 25 years of experience in the foodservice space with a focus on culinary programming. From an early age, Ethan gravitated to the kitchens of his mother and grandmothers, always eager to learn. Food is his passion, with seasonality and utilization at the forefront of the principles that he holds dear. 

Ethan Davidsohn comes to Incite with over 25 years of experience in the foodservice space with a focus on culinary programming. From an early age, Ethan gravitated to the kitchens of his mother and grandmothers, always eager to learn. Food is his passion, with seasonality and utilization at the forefront of the principles that he holds dear. 

After running several restaurant kitchens in different states around the country, Ethan found his niche in contract food service working both in the education and B&I sectors, holding Executive Chef, General Manager, and Foodservice Director Positions. 

Ethan’s strengths are in all things food from ingredient application to cost management. He is thrilled to be able to bring this skill set into the Senior Living sector, supporting and enhancing our member experience and the lives of seniors. He graduated from the University of Alabama and received chef’s training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, OR.
