Ethan Davidsohn comes to Incite with over 25 years of experience in the foodservice space with a focus on culinary programming. From an early age, Ethan always gravitated to the kitchens of his mother and grandmothers always eager to learn. Food is his passion and seasonality and utilization are at the forefront of the principles that he holds near.
After running several restaurant kitchens in different states around the country, Ethan landed in Portland, Oregon where he found his niche in contract food service working both in the education and B&I sectors, holding Executive Chef, General Manager, and Foodservice Director Positions.
Ethan’s strengths are in all things food from ingredient application to cost management. He is thrilled to be able to bring this skill set into the Senior Living sector, supporting and enhancing our member experience and the lives of seniors.
